Of course it is!!
Without a shadow of a doubt!
With bated breath you have been waiting for these

Ingots of Intellect
Boulders of Building Blocks
Pearls of Personal emPowerment!!
Do such declarations make you cachinnate!!??**
I bet it does!
Have you ever been laughed at?
I think I just was…
As with most things, for every positive action there can be a negative reaction.
And so it with laughter.
Laughter can draw people together.
Contagious laughter does just that, a contagion infecting the spirit and mood of those close by in a most positive way!
And yet…
And yet it can also draw people together spreading a contagion infecting the spirit and mood of those close by in the most negative of ways!!
Add the small, little, almost meaningless word “at” on the end of the word “laugh” and what do you get?
“Laugh at…”
Do you remember the first time you were “laughed at?”
Do you remember the last time?
There are not many things which swipe the legs of your confidence out from under you more than someone, some group of people laughing at you.
Jesus knows that better than all of us.
He was mocked,
He was ridiculed,
He was derided,
He was jeered at,
He was scoffed at,
He was disparaged,
He was denigrated,
He was taunted,
He was…
He was laughed at!
Believe it or not, this is where we learn from the Master on how to “Laugh Often”!
We laugh often because we will be laughed at often, when we follow Jesus.
When we make the decision to follow the life of Jesus, we will experience the life of Jesus.
When we are mocked, derided, jeered at, scoffed at, and laughed at because we follow Jesus, get ready to “laugh often” because it signals we are in the best company possible.
The company of the
Anointed One
The Messiah
The Prince of Peace
The Son of God
The Lion of Judah
The Word of God
The Way, Truth and Life!
What better company is there?
Get ready to be laughed at…
We are a rare group…
We are the “fools for Christ!”
Can you hear the laughter?
I can…
