"Lent Day 20 - I am the Good Shepherd" reassures our protection and provision from Jesus, who says, "I am the good shepherd..." Take to heart His words from John 10: 11-14: "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. He who is a hired hand and not a shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them. He flees because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me..." Jesus is not the hired hand. The hired hand runs away from the sheep when the wolf approaches. Jesus on the other hand, lays down His life for His sheep. The wolf "scatters and snatches". The Good Shepherd "protects and provides" and no one can "snatch" you out of His hand (John 10: 28). "Lent Day 20 - I am the Good Shepherd" means we are halfway through our Lenten journey! Grace and peace, Laugh often and Fear not! David! Today's Lenten VideoLent Day 19 – 5,000 FedLent Day 18 – Whatever   https://youtu.be/ILlpvGIgIeM
