Lent Day 33 - Last Saying #6: "It is finished" focuses on a phrase that has haunted me for years.

"It is finished..."
"When he had received the drink, Jesus said, 'It is finished.' With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit." (John 19: 30)
According to John, these are the last words Jesus speaks before dying.
Would they be words you could speak?
The work Jesus came to do, fulfill and promise has now been completed as He breathes his last.
Thank you Jesus for "finishing" the work you started so long ago!
